1. Introduction
Welcome to digitweaks.com. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our platform.
2. Class Pricing and Refund Policy
- Our pricing structure is based on prepaid classes, which may be purchased individually or as part of a package.
- In the event of a partial refund on a package, the refund amount will be calculated using the hourly rate of single sessions, rather than the discounted rate of the package. This ensures fairness and prevents abuse.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the class: Fully refunded minus Stripe processing fees.
- Cancellations made within 7 days but at least 48 hours before the class: A 9€ cancellation fee will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class: No refund will be issued.
Rescheduling Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
In cases where protests, strikes, public transport disruptions, security threats, or any other event makes it difficult to access the student's area or poses a safety risk, the teacher reserves the right to reschedule the class after notifying the student.
- If the student accepts the rescheduling, the class will be conducted at the new agreed-upon time.
- If the student does not accept the rescheduling, a full refund (minus Stripe processing fees) will be provided.
Cancellations Due to Incorrect Address or Unsafe Environment
If a class cannot be conducted due to:
- The student providing a wrong address, or
- The location being deemed unsafe for the teacher,
the class will be canceled, and a refund will be issued minus Stripe processing fees and a 9€ fee for travel expenses.
3. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline providing our services at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of:
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward teachers.
- Failure to adhere to our policies.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- Inability to communicate effectively: Students are required to communicate in at least one of the following languages: English, French, or Spanish (Castilian). If communication is deemed to be too difficult or ineffective, services may be suspended until the student is able to communicate in one of these languages.
This clause is in place to protect our teachers, ensure effective communication during lessons, and maintain a professional learning environment.
4. Invoices and Refunds
- Invoices for purchased classes can be found in the "My Account" area and downloaded as PDF.
- If a refund is issued, a credit note will be sent to the email address listed in the user's account profile.
5. Software Disclaimer
- The software versions used by students may differ from the ones we use during training sessions.
- While we aim to assist with all questions, we cannot guarantee immediate answers for software features not covered in our version without additional research.
6. Free and Paid Downloads
- Free downloads are provided as-is, without any warranties or support.
- Paid downloads come with one year of support from the date of purchase.
7. Data Privacy
- We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal data to third parties.
- Any information you provide is used strictly for the purpose of delivering our services and improving user experience.
